He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Mullen and Letha Flood Mullen; his wife Ruby Murray Mullen; and his former wife Miriam Cooper Mullen. He is survived by: his daughter Kay Mullen Leggett; his grandchildren, Jamie Leggett Davis and Brent Leggett (Sue); and his great grandchildren, Bailey Davis, Colin Leggett and Carter Leggett (Frances Dunn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
