He is survived by: his mother Janet Cooke McCullen of Nashville; his siblings, Brian Lee McCullen of Nashville, David Ryan McCullen of Nashville and Angela Renea McCullen of Orlando, FL; and his aunt Carol Fenn of Pinetops.
