She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Lenard Long of Nakina; her daughter June Long Jacobs; her parents, Maceo Formyduval and Lovia Formyduval of Nakina, NC.; and her sisters, Bernice Stone of Charleston, SC and Ruth Helen Stanley of Nakina, NC..
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Long Ward (Milton) of Clarendon, NC; her grandchildren, Jan Ward of Playa Vista, CA., Michael Ward (Kelley) of Gainesville, FL. and Jessica Sellers Benjamin of Dillion, SC.; her sister-in-law Nezzie Long Rhodes of Nakina, NC; and her son-in-law Mitchell Jacobs of Leland, NC..
Due to Covid-19 the service will be limited to family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be donated to the Dulah Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Mrs. Monda McLamb, 582 Reaves Ferry Road, Nakina, NC 28455.
