He is survived by: his wife Clara Long Duncan; his children, Christine J. Smith, Thomas G. Duncan Jr. and Joseph L. Duncan; his grandchildren, Terri Y. Durland (Michael), Aimee R. Duncan, Thomas G. Duncan III and Benjamin W. Duncan (Raven); and his great grandchildren, Jaycee Durland, Landon Duncan, Jesse Duncan and Maggie Duncan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Duncan Cemetery.
