She is survived by: her sons, Joey Brooks Formyduval of Nakina, Don Terrance Formyduval (Sharon) of Whiteville and John Hartwell Formyduval of Little River; her grandchildren, Maria F. Reaves (Jim), Jessica Formyduval and Don T. Formyduval, Jr. (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Bradley Reaves, Kennedy Reaves, Jameson Reaves, Sarah Reaves, Cole Edge, Jesse Edge, Terran Edge and Sadie Formyduval.
