It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyce White of Nakina, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Van White, Sr. and Inez Reaves White. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Long White; his children, Tracy Elwood White (Angela) of Whiteville and Brittany Worrell of Richmond, VA; his brothers, Ronnie Dale White (Gail) of Nakina, Leo Van White, Jr. (Ann) of Whiteville and Darrell White of Nakina; his grandchildren, Cassie Stalvey, Taylor White, Selena White and Isabella White; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Bentley Martin, Camery Martin, Layla Stalvey, Jah and Mykal Gause.
