She is survived by: her children, Charlene Mires of Philadelphia and Charles Mires (Cathy) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Ross Mires of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nina Mires of Cincinnati, Ohio and Nicholas Mires of Raleigh; her great grandchild Isabelle Mires of Milwaukee; her brother Thomas Daniel of Concord; and her aunt Nellie Hawthorne of North Chesterfield, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
