Dick Harper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2022, at the age of 85, Dick Harper formerly of Nags Head, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Harper and Wade Harper; and his siblings, Carlton Harper and Joann Harper. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howerton Harper; his daughter Tina Oneto (Tim Caudill); his grandchildren, Kateland and Sam; his son Rich Harper (Tami); his grandchildren, Drew and Zane; his great grandchild Britt (Nicole); his brother Billy Harper; his brother-in-law George Howerton; and also, Sophia, Archer and TJ. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Outer Banks Relief Foundation, 103 East 8th Street, Nags Head, NC 27959.
