He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Mildred Johnston Woodward; and his sister Ellen Mason. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Woodward; his siblings, Sally Ferries (Gerald) and Robert "Bobby" Woodward; his brother-in-law Phil Mason; and his lifelong Navy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
