He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Oliver Watkins II (Ursala) and Belinda Watkins Brown (Robert); his grandchildren, Justin Watkins (Holliann), Courtney Brown (Tyler) and Jared Brown (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Delilah and Evelyn Watkins; and his sister Rebecca Logan (Charles). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and neighbors.
