It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twana Ann Jacks Watkins (Murphy, North Carolina), who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Twana Ann Jacks may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Twana Ann Jacks touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father James. She is survived by: her husband William "Red" Oliver Watkins; her children, William "Billy" Oliver Watkins II (Ursala) and Belinda Brown (Robert); her grandchildren, Justin Watkins (Holliann), Courtney Brown (Tyler) and Jared Brown (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Delilah and Evelyn Watkins; and her sisters, Barbara Spradley and Patricia Danner (Mikeal). She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
