We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2025, at the age of 86, Robert Willie Stuart of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Cherokee, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Willie Stuart to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Stewart and Parthenia Dockery Stewart; his former wife Margie Evelyn Payne Stuart; and also, Teresa Gail Stuart and Charles Harold Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Robert Stewart of Waycross, Dennis Bruce of Crestview and Debbie Vetetoe of Hickory; his siblings, Lorine Kelly of Murphy, Mary Harris of Gastonia and Vincent Stewart (Jewel) of Murphy; and his grandson Cody Thomas Goode. He is also survived by numerous nieces; and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Bear Paw Baptist Church (3401 Hiwassee Dam Access Rd, Murphy, NC 28906). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
