He is survived by: his sons, Roger Kephart (Shirley) and Merle Kephart (Missy); his brother Otis Kephart (Joyce); his grandchildren, Dustin Kephart, Brandon Kephart (Laura), Ashley Helton (Scott), Emily Kephart, Destiny Kephart and Samuel Kephart (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Helton, Braylen Helton, Parker Beaver and Joshua Kephart.
