He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Martin of Laurens, SC; his siblings, Enoch Martin (Vonnie), Johnny Martin (Kay), Emma Sue Nix (Harry) and Alma Picklesimer; his sons, Ricky Martin (Lisa) of Greenwood, SC, Scott Martin (Susan) of Newberry, SC and Kendall Martin of Columbia, SC.; and his grandchildren, Noah Martin (Allie), Sloan Martin, Bennett Martin, Shelby Martin, Garrett Martin and Sierra Martin.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
