She is survived by: her siblings, Eugene Kephart (Carolyn), Neal Kephart (Charlene) and Glenda Phillips (Johnny); and her nieces and nephews, Stacy Beavers, Larry Kephart (Tracy), Debra Morgan (Chris), Crissy Raxter (Chris), Tabitha Kephart, Missy Collins (Bo), Pam Raper (Clinton), Janet Radford (Eric) and Jennifer Ellison. She is also survived by several great-nephews and nieces as well as great-great-nephews and nieces, and a host of extended family.
