She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Oliver and Lucille Oliver; her husband Max Lockaby; her siblings, Roma Nix, James Oliver, Nellie Sue Graham and Janice Barnhart; and her granddaughters, Hope Hohmann and April Radford.
She is survived by: her children, Michael "Trudy" Lockaby, Eddie Lockaby, Mark "Rachael" Lockaby, Matt Lockaby and Melinda Rogers (Hugh); her sister-in-law Gayle Oliver; her siblings, Lewis "Gail" Oliver, Jerry Oliver and Connie "Steve" Creason; and her grandchildren, Shawna Steffins, Tripp Creason, Luke Creason (Grace Moyer) and Sara Beth Moyer. She is also survived by 20 (Grandchildren), 12 (Great-Grandchildren), 2 (Great-Great Grandchildren).
