He is survived by: his wife Elaine Frankum Taylor; his children, Clark Taylor (Susan), Joey Taylor (Tiffany) and Lisa Taylor; his siblings, David Coffey, Debbie Lee and Wanda Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Jim "Sam" Frankum and Mary Green. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren.
