He was predeceased by: his parents, George Malinics and Mary Stupak Malinics; his spouse Anthelma Irace Malinics; his children, Tom Malinics and Debra Ciorciari; and his grandson Donnie Ciorciari.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Malinics (Marilyn) of Parlin and Martin Malinics (Sheryl) of Christiana, Pennsylvania; his sisters, Marge Malinics of Old Forge and Barbara Mayhew of LaCrescenta, California; and his grandchildren, Michael Malinics Jr., Michael Kehoe, Cori Ciorciari, Joel Malinics and Micah Malinics (Morgan). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
