He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Forrest Bernard Johnson, III (Shirley) of Hayesville, Suzanne Johnson (Terry Jones) of Mineral Bluff, GA and Elizabeth Jacobson; and his sister Pam DeDea (Steve). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
