She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Andrew and Martha Ada Pipes Walsh; her husband James David "JD" Yonce; her daughter Sharon Lee Hunsucker; and her great grandchild Willow Raxter.
She is survived by: her children, David Bruce Yonce (Jan), Diana Carol Dockery and Dottie Raxter (Tony); and her grandchildren, Brittany Luther (Bryan), Graham Raxter (Breeze), Chris Dockery, Christa Dockery, Jessica Mashburn (Ryan) and Kyle Hunsucker (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
