He is survived by: his wife Mary Lowe Pugh; his sons, John Pugh of Jacksonville and James Richard Pugh (Jimmy Dick) of Lake Placid, Florida; his brother Donald Pugh of Lake Placid, Florida; and his grandchildren, Michael Pugh, Reuben Pugh, Nicole Pugh and David Pugh.
