She is survived by: her husband William Steffens; her children, Annette Small, Janet Jones and Arthur Laing; her grandchildren, Dona, Alexia, Benjamin and Danielle; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca and Tallan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home (194 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Lutheran Church (83 Earl Shelton Rd, Blairsville, GA 30512).
