We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2020, at the age of 94, Maurice Earl Burnette of Murfreesboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ward Burnette and Rebecca Gupton Burnette; and his wife Agnes "Butch" Bell Burnette. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Burnette (Joyce) of Henrico, NC and Craig Burnette of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Joshua Burnette (Layla) of Zebulon, NC and Lisa Burnette Norris (Daryl) of Elizabeth City, NC; his stepgranddaughter Angela Hale (Howard) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and his great grandchildren, Kayla Norris, Kallie Norris, Cohen Burnette and Dylan Warren.
