She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Perkins Brett and Claudine Bradshaw Babb; and her siblings, Claudia Gaigos and Rodney Brett. She is survived by: her children, Susan Edwards White (Gilbert Tinkham) and Richard Spier Edwards, III (Angie); her sister Sue Kent Brown (Steve); her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth White Bryant, Keaton Jordan White, Ashlyn Shea Edwards and Brett Vaughan Edwards; her great grandchildren, Brayden Miles White, Ivey Elizabeth Bryant and Kamden Jordan White; her brother-in-law Rod Edwards; and her nieces and nephews, Wendy, Rhonda, Carter and Mason.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Boykins Baptist Church or Meherrin Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.
