She was predeceased by: her parents, Willliam Butler, and Ernestine Butler, Sr.. She is survived by: her boyfriend Grady L. Newsome, Jr. of Murfreesboro, NC; her sons, Kevin Chamberlin and Eric Chamberlin of Baltimore, MD; her stepchildren, Letrina Burden of Charlotte, NC and Travis Kerns of Ahoskie, NC; and her siblings, William Butler, Jr., Christine Butler of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Evans of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunter's Funeral Home - Ahoskie (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hunters Funeral Home (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
