She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank Bennett and Minnie Bennett; and her brothers, Franklin "Buck", William, Henry and C. D. Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Brinson Paul; her children, Barbara Beasley (Roger) and David Paul (Janice); and her sister Shirley Vinson of Portsmouth. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
