He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bird Ross (Adam) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Joey Bird; his great grandchildren, Connor Ross, Cooper Ross, Carson Ross and Caitlyn Ross of Myrtle Beach, SC; his son-in-law Tommy Bird; and his stepsons, Gary Pearce (Gwyn) of Raleigh, NC and Fred Pearce (Sandi) of Key West, FL..
