It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Page Revelle of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, born in Hertford, North Carolina, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy Gabrielle Daniel and Charles Leslie Revelle, Sr.; his wife Barbara Joan Young Revelle of Canton, GA; and his brother Charles L. Revelle, Jr. (Margaret). He is survived by: his children, John Paige "Jay" Revelle, Jr. (Elicia) of Murfreesboro, Paige Revelle Polito (Jonathan) of Apex and Daniel Young Revelle of Murfreesboro; and his grandchildren, John Paige Revelle, III of Fitchburg, Patricia Claire Revelle of Murfreesboro, William Daniel Revelle of Murfreesboro, Caroline Christine Polito of Apex, Alison Marie Polito of Apex and Jonathan Edward Polito, Jr. of Apex.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Baptist Church (200 W Main St, Murfreesboro, NC 27855). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
