She is survived by: her children, Molly Holley (Ray) of Conway, NC, Barbara, Wanda Lewter of Halifax, NC, Marcus Lewter (Deidre) of Charlotte, NC and Melvin Lewter (Margaret) of Murfreesboro, NC; and her siblings, Dorothy Williams, Joyce Capehart of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Shirley Long of Durham, NC, Esther Taylor, Shelia Taylor of Halifax, NC, Shelia McDaniel of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Cynthia McDaniel, Clifton Boyd (Odessa) of Murfreesboro, NC, Curtis Boyd (Sherry) of Murfreesboro, NC, Joe Boyd (Shelia) of Garysburg, NC, Calvin Boyd and Georgre McDaniel, Jr. (Shirley). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
