He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tann Blythe; his stepdaughter Anita Hendricks (John) of Norfolk, VA; and his siblings, Alvin, David, McCoy, Patricia, Thelma, Phyllis, Lois and Joyce (Elma). He is also survived by four step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
