It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta D Pope (Murfreesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Johnnie L. Pope; and her children, Albetty Alexander (Don), Muriel Myrick (Clarence), Johnny W. Pope (Nidia) and Sharon Vernon (Trent). She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three great greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
