She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Palermo; her cocker spaniels, Tasha and Sophie; and also Joseph Palermo. She is survived by: her mother Anna Palermo; her siblings, Salvatore, Joseph, Roberto, Francis Palermo and Antoinette Baker; her son Jonathan Porter (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Blake, Ethan, Nolan, Julian and Emylee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with countless friends.
