She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willie Belle McCoy Harris and Norman William McCoy of Wallaceton, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Celeste G. Flora (John J. Flora III) of Moyock, NC and Mark C. Garrett (Patricia D. Garrett) of Moyock, NC; her sister Myra McCoy Matthews (James H. Matthews) of Chesapeake, VA; and her granddaughter Makenzie C. Garrett. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
