He is survived by: his spouse Anita Joyce Hamm Kelley; his children, Angela Christine Kelley of Chesapeake, VA, Barry Glenn Kelley of Moyock, NC, Keith Allan Kelley of Moyock, NC and Kevin Dale Kelley of Moyock, NC; his sister Barbara Ann Chase of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Rebekah Kelley, Joseph Kelley, Nathan Kelley, Ryan Kelley, Aaron Kelley and Rebecca Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Liam Kelley and Olivia Kelley.
