We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2023, at the age of 84, Ervin Carlton Adams Sr. of Moyock, North Carolina, born in Shawboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Elwood Adams and Levert Jones Adams; and his brother Marvin L. Adams. He is survived by: his wife Janis Whitehead Adams; his sons, Carlton Adams, Jr. (Ruthie) and Steven Adams (Jinnie); his grandchildren, Chelsea Adams (Mike), Brent Roberts (Samantha) and Heath Roberts (Penni); and his great grandchild Hannah.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Moyock Baptist Church.
