She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Melvin Copeland and Jennie Lucille Rutter Copeland; and her husband George Gaskin Jones, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Ann Detmer (Keith) of Hertford, NC, Raymond Lee Jones (Cheryl) of Moyock, NC and George Gaskins Jones, Jr. (Leona) of Mississippi Street, MI. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
