He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Mitchell of Elizabeth City, NC and Jimmie Mitchell of Linden, NJ; his brothers, Dennis Mitchell of Elizabeth City, NC., Derrick Mitchell (late Kathy) of Elizabeth City, NC. and Jewel Eason of Elizabeth City, NC.; his girlfriend Cathy Mercer of Moyock, NC; and his grandchildren, Kamaurie, Dominic, Kamiyah, Cam'Ryn, Kamani and Kamry. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
