Soblotne; her children, Rachel Zuiderveen (Christopher Wells) of Moyock, NC, Tiffany Inman (Charles) of Chesapeake, VA and Christopher Soblotne; and her siblings, Valerie Shope (Jimmy) of Elizabeth City, NC, Kathy Miller (Darrell) of Virginia Beach, VA, Karen Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, Robert Allen (Sandee), David Allen, Keith Allen, Kevin Allen and Thomas Allen. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
