She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Hager McIntosh; and her sister Janice. She is survived by: her father Richard Loyd McIntosh, Sr. of Statesville; her husband Ricky Curtis; her children, Joseph Michael Curtis and Jodie Curtis Williams (Ralph); her grandchildren, Baylee Williams (Grayson) and Kaige "Biscuit" Williams; her great grandchild Ryder Wayne Williams; and her siblings, Cheryl Fitzpatrick, Richard "Rick" McIntosh, Jr. (Cathy) and Scott McIntosh (Janie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
