She is survived by: her husband Donald Rand; her sons, John Madison Rand of Chicago, IL and Scott James Rand of Charleston, SC.; her brothers, Elliott Mathis of Granite Quarry and Joe Frank Mathis of Granite Quarry; her aunt Frances Steele Ballard of Mount Ulla; her uncle Charles Mathis of Jonesville; her niece Kristen Mathis of Shelby; and her nephews, Jared and Matthew Mathis. She is also survived by nine cousins.
