He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Burdette Hughes, Marcella Hughes, Noah Edwards and Ruth Edwards; and his aunts and uncles, Mac Edwards, Dewey Edwards, Christine Robinson and Gloria Boone.

He is survived by: his parents, Hiram "Pete" and Sherry Hughes Edwards.
