He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Forsha and Mabel Elizabeth Forsha (Betty); and his sister Betsy Maiden. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Allen; his daughter Lindsay Katherine Forsha of Huntersville; his siblings, Cindy Glancy (John), Lynda Forsha Blanchard (Robert) of La Jolla, California and Dana Yealy (Sally) of Wexford, Pennsylvania; and his former wife Shirley Forsha of Huntersville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
