He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Deal Starnes. He is survived by: his son Curtis Crews (Amanda); his sisters, Kimberly Childers (David) and Paige Clayton (Johnny); the mother of his child Carole Crews; his stepfather George Starnes; and his nephews, Dayna, Shannon, Jeremy and Dillon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and extended family.
