It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Lynne Havner of Mount Ulla, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Richard "Dick" Barnette and Margaret Gibson Barnette; her husband Glenn Steven Havner; and her sister Marilyn Sloop. She is survived by: her son Michael Scott Havner (Lisa); her sister Carol Barringer (Steve); and her granddaughter Maggie Havner (Zachary Harris). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
