He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stultz and Ethel Thompson Stultz; his former wife Louise Griffith Stultz; his son Mark A. Stultz; his stepson-in-law Larry Campbell; and his siblings, Mamie Major, Ruby Isley, Ruth Trent, Jim Stultz, Willard Stultz, Willis Stultz and Lewis Stultz.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Floyd Stultz; his son David Kyle Stultz; and his stepchildren, Tammy Russ (Danny), Eddie Brown (Spankey Tovar-Brown), Scottie Brown (Kim) and Mary Ellen Campbell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
