With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Safrit of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2020 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Safrit to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oney Safrit and Zelia Josey Safrit; and his son Darren Boyd Safrit. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joyce Furr Safrit; his sons, John Safrit (Shandy) of Albemarle, Mark of Mt. Pleasant and Keith Safrit of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Zelie, Everlee and Quinley Safrit; and his sisters, Pauline Calabrey (Jim) of New York and Carolyn Fink (Harold) of Concord.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Masonic Home for Children, 600 College St, Oxford, NC 27565.
