He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kluttz and Nanie Kluttz; his wife Betty Kluttz; his son Thomas Ray Kluttz; his grandson Ryan Thomas; and his brothers, Spencer Kluttz, Banks Kluttz and Jerry Kluttz.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Wilhelm (Jack) of Gold Hill and Andy Kluttz (Shirl) of Mount Pleasant. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
