He is survived by: his parents, Harold Lavender and Betty Wagoner Lavender; his wife Tamara Loomis Lavender; his children, Cassie Estrada, Brandi Lavender, Brett Lavender and Nathan Riedell; his sisters, Becky Wilson, Terri Fess, Kristy Busito, Sandy King and Robin Yohanek; and his pet Pepper.
