He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther Rinehardt and Elizabeth Deal Rinehardt. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Maxwell Rinehardt; his daughters, Sheana Litaker (Billy) and Brandy Burgess (Michael); his brothers, Bennick Dennis Rinehardt (Janice) and Joey L. Rinehardt; his grandchildren, Kayla Hickman, Hannah Morton, Tyler Burgess, Kyrsten Burgess and Trey Litaker; and his great grandchild Adelaide Hickman.
