She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexis Mukosey and Mary Mukosey. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Flanagan (Michael) of Concord, Michael Gugliotti (Lauren) of Newport, RI and David Giancarli (Susan) of Allston, MA.; her stepchildren, Robert Giancarli (Alicia), Steven Giancarli (Hollie), Diana Iglesias (Carlos) and Casey Lee (Joshua); her grandchildren, Joshua, Carlos, Victoria, Alyssa, Madison, Caleb, Caitlin, Patrick and Alex; her great grandchild Alaina; her sister Marianne Starkey of Harriman, TN; and her friend Karol Wensil. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Kathy has asked that everyone consider donating to her favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
